Rochester forged a 12-3 lead and never looked back in posting a Section 1-A win over Union.
The Lady Scots (0-3, 1-9) battled the Lady Rams (1-1, 6-3) almost even the rest of the way.
“We missed a few shots at the beginning of the game and that was costly,” Union coach Brian Fadden said. “Overall, we played very well and it was a step forward for us. Hopefully it’s a positive step forward for us.”
Savannah Partridge led the Lady Scots with 13 points.
Hayden Kimbrough recorded a game-high 19 points for Rochester.
