Katie Hahn hit a driving layup with 13 seconds remaining to give Wilmington the 32-31 victory over District 10, Region 2-3A visitor Greenville.
Hahn finished the contest with six points and five assists, while Reilly Hunt scored nine points to lead the way for Wilmington (9-3, 12-8).
The Lady Greyhounds had split their previous two meetings with the Lady Trojans this season, earning a 37-25 victory at the Hickory High holiday tournament before falling on the road, 35-29.
Nina Cano topped Greenville (6-6, 8-12) with 11 points.
