Kylee Patton’s first-quarter performance helped the Lady Lancers earn the win and get one step closer to at least a share of a Section 2-AA title.

Patton scored 15 points in the first period as Neshannock used a 17-11 lead to set up a 21-19 advantage at the half.

“Kylee again came up huge for us,” Lady Lancers coach Greg Huston said. “She jump-started the whole thing. She was the difference in the game.”

Patton led all scorers with a game-high 23 points for Neshannock (9-2, 13-6). Caitlyn Bleggi followed with 12 markers.

“Caitlyn played a heck of a game,” Huston said. “She was great on defense and scored on offense.”

Alyssa Miller led the Lady Tigers (8-2, 13-7) with 19 points.
