Ryan Conner scored 15 points, but he was the only Wildcats' player to land in double figures in the 52-48 Section 1-AA road defeat.
The Wildcats, who had a five-point lead after three quarters, were outscored 20-11 in the final eight minutes.
Shenango fell to 2-8 3-16. The Lions are 3-8, 5-12.
