West Middlesex outscored Wilmington, 20-9, in the third quarter to rally for a District 10, Region 2-AA home win.

“We just had our third-quarter slump,” Lady Greyhounds coach Brandy Sanford said. “I didn’t think we were playing that badly.

“It was basic things we did well against Neshannock (on Saturday) that weren’t there tonight for us.”

Tessa Sikora paced Wilmington with a game-high 18 points and 10 rebounds. Alanna Elliott was next with 13 points.

Molly Stitt registered 16 markers for the Ms. Reds.
