The Lady Greyhounds used a balanced scoring attack to defeat Reynolds in a District 10, Region 2-AA encounter.

Stephanie Kish (15), Julie Burns (12) and Mariah Burns (11) all scored in double digits to help Wilmington improved to 6-4 in the region and 12-7 overall.

The Lady ’Hounds are in the thick of the District 10 playoff race, sitting at third place in the region. Wilmington will visit fourth-place Mercer (5-5, 9-9) on Thursday in a critical game.

“The other coaches think they might take us at No. 3 from our region,” Wilmington coach Brian Turk said. “They have done that in the past.”

Julie Burns collected 15 rebounds and Kish added seven assists.

Jill Siege netted a game-high 27 points for Reynolds (1-9, 4-13).
