Becca Kerr netted 14 points to lead Laurel to a 38-25 nonsection win over Monaca.
“Becca played a pretty solid game for us,” Lady Spartans coach Jenn McGarrah said. “It’s good to get a win, but it wasn’t a pretty win.”
Nicolette McCormick chipped in with 10 markers for Laurel (8-10), while Jackie Schlemmer added seven rebounds, five blocks and five steals.
Shannon Aurin netted nine points for the Lady Indians (3-14).
