Coach Bob McQuiston said his Wildcats need to get back to the drawing board after its nonsection loss to Monaca.

After a first-half tie, Monaca (2-3) outscored Shenango (1-5) 33-23 in the final two periods. Brett Chieze, Anthony Kosciuszko and Jordan O’Hara led the Wildcats with eight points each.
