Union maintained a share of second place in WPIAL Section 1-1A with the homecourt win.

The Scotties (8-3, 15-5) can clinch second place outright with a win at Western Beaver (2-9, 5-15), combined with a loss by Cornell (8-3, 17-3) at Vincentian (11-0, 17-3) on Friday night.

Dom Dudo paced Union with 14 points and 14 rebounds, while K'Von Huddleston added 13 points and Tre Charles 11 markers and five assists. Evan Pinkerton also dished out five assists.

Charles was 9 of 10 from the free throw line, including 6 of 6 in the fourth when Rochester had pulled to within eight.

"Tre stepped up when we needed it, that's for sure," Union coach Mark Stanley said.
