Dave DeLoia hit the go-ahead field goal with seven seconds left to lift the Wolverines to a 61-58 Section 2-AAA decision over the host Bobcats.
Ellwood City Lincoln (2-3, 6-6) outscored Beaver 26-13 in the pivotal final period.
Frederick Roth paced the Wolverines with 19 points and Nick Ioanilli followed with 15. Anthony Roth tossed in 14 tallies for the victors.
Darius Wise netted a game-high 26 points for the Bobcats (1-4, 4-8) in the loss.
