The Lady Lancers scored the game's first 27 points in a 61-7 Section 1-AA road win over the Lady Lions.
Neshannock held a 35-2 buffer at the break.
Carmie Matarazzo paced the Lady Lancers with 18 points, seven rebounds and four steals. Ally Zarilla contributed 10 points for the winners.
Aidan Noga notched nine markers and four steals for Neshannock (4-0, 9-1), while Hannah Haswell pulled down a team-best 10 boards to go with her six points. Regan Moorhouse chipped in with five steals.
Cara Haddox scored four points for New Brighton (0-4, 3-8).
The Lady Lancers were 27 of 58 from the field.
