The Lady Cougars jumped on host New Castle early-on in a Section 2-AAA meeting.
Blackhawk (5-0, 10-3) jumped out to a 48-8 lead in the first half, scoring 24 points in each quarter.
The Lady ’Canes (0-5, 1-11) only connected on three field goals all game, all coming from beyond the arc. Kayla Harvey led New Castle with five points.
