Anthony Roth and Rick Roth led the way for Ellwood City in its victory over visiting Mohawk.

The duo combined for 30 points, with Anthony Roth hitting three 3-pointers. Nick D’Itri also hit double-digit points for the Wolverines (2-1) with 11 points.

Ricky Malutic was the top scorer for Mohawk (0-4) with 15 points. Zach Shasteen contributed 12 points for the Warriors.

Ellwood City was able to convert on the long ball, knocking down seven 3-pointers. Anthony Roth and D’Itri combined for six, with Rick Roth hitting the other.

The Wolverines jumped out a 34-15 lead heading into the half. Mohawk battled, scoring 28 points in the second half, but Ellwood City was able to keep pace and take the victory.
