Mercer grabbed a 27-16 halftime lead and never looked back in a nonconference win over Neshannock.

“Mercer played really well and we played very disinterested,” Lady Lancers coach Greg Huston said. “When you play like that you’re not going to win the game; I’m disappointed in our effort.”

Caitlyn Bleggi paced the Lady Lancers (8-5) with nine points, while Erika Warvell, Chelsea Kauffman and Kylee Patton added eight apiece.

Sarah Amos recorded a game-high 16 points for the Lady Mustangs (10-2).
