Farrell (56) Vs. Ellwood City (39)
Jan 14, 2013
The Steelers rallied for a win over the Wolverines at the Coaches vs. Cancer Clash of the Titans at Geneva.

Farrell erased a two-point deficit by outscoring Ellwood City Lincoln 17-9 in the second quarter to take the lead for good. The Steelers increased the lead to 44-28 going to the fourth quarter.

“Farrell shot the ball pretty well,” first-year Wolverines coach Anthony Ovial said. “I thought we did a good job on defense, though.

“I thought we did make a good enough amount of stops on the defensive end to give us a chance. We were right in the game at the half, but they made some crucial shots in the third quarter.”

Mario Greco recorded 14 points for Ellwood and Nick Aloi was next with 13.

Dewayne Burns and Jason Page netted 10 points each for Farrell.
