Ellwood City led 10-9 after one quarter before the Quakers took control.

They outscored the Wolverines 72-28 the rest of the way in a first-round game at the Penn State-Beaver tournament.

Dorian Goosby-Dean had 17 points for Quaker Valley (7-4).

Anthony Sainato led Ellwood City Lincoln (2-8) with 14 points, including four 3-pointers. Mike Sacco followed with nine markers.

The Wolverines will play Rochester at 2 p.m. today in the consolation game.
